Shipping Methods and Guidelines

Standard Ground Shipping:

• $6.99 fee
• Order arrives to destination in 3 - 6 business days. 
• Carrier selection is made by Buckle at the point of shipment depending on the weight of the order and the shipping location.
• Buckle Premier: Free standard ground shipping for orders placed using a Buckle Premier card over $99.
• Buckle Premier+: Free standard ground shipping for orders placed using a Buckle Premier+ card.
• For a limited time, all Buckle Reward members will qualify for free GROUND shipping on orders totaling $150 or more.
  • Free shipping promotion excludes orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Free shipping promotion excludes orders placed on Instagram. 

Please note: 1 Business Day Shipping and 2 Business Days Shipping orders placed before 12:00 pm CT (Monday–Friday) will be processed for shipment the same day (excluding holidays).

1 Business Day Shipping: 

• $21.99 fee
• Order arrives to destination in 1 business day. 

2 Business Days Shipping:

• $16.99 fee
• Order arrives to destination in 2 business days.

Free Pick Up in 3-6 Business Days: 

• Shipping is free when you choose to pick up your order at a Buckle store location! 
• Order will be available for pick up in 3-6 business days. 
• Once order arrives at the store, you will receive an email notification. 
• Your order will be held at the store for 14 days. After 14 days, contact the store or Buckle Guest Services [e-mail] or [phone] to locate your order.
• Alaska orders for Pick Up in 3-6 Business Days have a $21.99 fee.

Free Pick Up Today: 

• Orders that include items in-stock at your local store that are available for pick up today allow you to pick those items up once located by a store representative. 
• With Pick Up Today orders we do our best to have our guest orders ready for pick up within 3 hours. If your order is placed within 3 hours of the store closing or after hours, it will be fulfilled the next day.

FAQs

Which carrier is delivering my order?
When you track your Buckle order, you can see which carrier is delivering your shipment. Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries and multiple carriers.

Does Buckle require a signature on shipment deliveries?

Buckle requires a direct signature for all shipment deliveries containing merchandise valued over $1000.

Does Buckle ship to US military addresses? 

Buckle will ship to all US military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO addresses) via the United States Postal Service.

• Buckle is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions and/or carrier delays.
• Standard ground shipping must be used for all orders containing fragrance. At this time, we cannot ship fragrance to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Some US territories may not be available for shipping. 
• Gift Card Only Orders: Free standard ground shipping to addresses within the United States.            1 Business Day Shipping and 2 Business Days Shipping are available at an additional cost.
• All military orders going to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are shipped via the United States Postal Service with standard ground shipping and are charged a flat rate of $6.99.
• Orders to Alaska and Hawaii have a standard shipping charge of $21.99.
